Then we interview each other
If you want to work with us, great. Before anything is signed, we sit down one more time. It is not a test of how well you know your trade. We want to know why you started your company, how we would handle a disagreement, and how we work through a problem together. You get to interview us too.
Then we tell you plainly whether we are a fit, and why. It is never personal. This is not one job and done. Either of us can end it, but we both commit to it.
